Earring orders will be prepared for shipping in 2 - 4 business days.
Office + Home* items will be prepared in 7 to 10 business days.
Please allow an additional 3 - 5+ business days for your items to arrive.

Once items are shipped, Kanile’a Clay is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Once the items are shipped, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the shipping provider (i.e. USPS, UPS) for any concerns. We are not obligated to replace or refund items in cases of lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Final Sale

All sales are final once a purchase is completed and payment is made.

Jewelry

All earrings are handmade and assembled. Each handmade piece is unique and will have slight variations from the images shown in the shop. Due to the screen resolution of your device, the colors shown in the shop may have slight variations from the actual product.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of their own personal reactions to materials used prior to purchase, as the purchaser is responsible for any reactions. The earrings are made to be worn as earrings on your ear. Care of the earrings is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Office + Home

All office + home items are designed and engraved as individual pieces. Each item is unique and will have slight variations with placement of designs, custom engraving, and from images shown in the shop. Due to the screen resolution of your device, the colors shown in the shop may have slight variations from the actual product.

All custom engraving request will be fulfilled exactly as entered by the purchaser. Once an order is placed, no changes can be made to the selected design and custom engraving.
